Брал машину в этом автопрокате в Праге, понравилось что все четко, оперативно объяснили, показали - голова не болела. Без каких-либо скрытых подводных камней. Возвращал машину в Милане, сотрудник автопроката, пришёл прям в отель за машиной. В итоге мне это вышло дешевле, чем если бы я всю семью вёз на поезде! Рекомендую ??

We recently rented a car to travel from Prague to Stuttgart over 8 days through 3 countries. The representative from Runwell met us at the Prague Airport and provided extensive information about the car, terms of the rental, features of the car and information needed to cross country borders.
The car performed well during the trip. The oil light came on and we added oil to the car notifying Runwell of this.
We returned the car at the Stuttgart Airport and met the representative at the front of the terminal. He checked the car and notified us that the car was in good condition. We reminded him of the oil purchase and provided him with the receipt. Within hours, Runwell had credited our account for the cost of the oil.

We have rented through many companies over the years and found this experience with Runwell to be outstanding. The company appears truly interested in providing excellent service!

We will rent from Runwell again if given the opportunity!

I highly highly recommend renting your car from here. I was very worried about renting a car in Europe, but every aspect of this was so easy. The employees were very kind and explained everything to me when I had questions. I called them ahead of time before I booked and they were very helpful. I opted to have the car dropped off at my Airbnb, and then picked up at the airport. It was so convenient. They drove the car to me and then we filled out the paperwork right there. I confirmed that I would like to take the car to several countries and they were ok with this. My family of 5 drove our Peugeot around for two weeks and had a wonderful time. Hen we were ready to go home, we drove the car to the airport and an employee met us there to inspect the car and take it back. No hidden fees. No gimmicks. No issues. Will 100% rent from them again and 100% recommend booking with them. You will not regret it. It was honestly easier than renting a car in America! And very well priced.

Facilidad y transparencia para hacer la reserva, rapidez en la recogida y en la entrega, exactitud en el modelo de coche elegido, rapidez en la devolución del depósito. Sólo puedo decir algo malo, y es que incluyeron gps en el coche sin que lo hubiera solicitado, pero yo no dije nada porque en ese momento pense que igual me era de utilidad, quiero pensar que si me hubiera quejado, lo hubieran quitado del precio.
Los recomendaría, y no dudaré en volver a contar con sus servicios.
